Psychophysiological aspects of professional self-realization of the engineer in the conditions of modern manufacture

Preparation of future engineers for professional self-realization in the conditions of production progressing from a scientific and technical point of view has always occupied a significant place in the spectrum of psychological and pedagogical sciences. Considering the professional training of engineering personnel in the framework of historical retrospectives, it can be noted that this training, and with it the profession, has undergone a number of qualitative changes today. At the present stage of socio-economic development, an orientation towards a rapid growth of economic income while adhering to strict professional requirements means, for engineers, the development of new technologies, innovative strategies, the development of new materials, the automation of production systems, and all this in rapidly changing conditions that are dictated by space.
