Interaction and integration of diverse pedagogical technologies is a condition of realization of educational process in the conditions of additional professional education in the system of EMERCOM of Russia. Design of a competence model on the basis of cooperation and integrity technology in the framework of the qualification of the employee (worker) organizations of EMERCOM of Russia actualizes the question of the establishment.
