A comparative analysis based on corpora of semen and that verbs social activities to “sell/卖” in Russian and Chinese languages

Russian and Chinese national corpora, corresponding dictionaries for the analysis of semes and semes of verbs of social activity “sell/卖” in Russian and Chinese languages are Used in the article. In the "Explanatory dictionary of the Russian language" Ozhegov the verb "sell" presents only two sememes, and in the "Modern dictionary of the Chinese language" the verb "卖" - four sememes, two sememes have the same expression. Nevertheless, on a large actual material it is proved that these verbs have a clear difference in the use. Thus, this article combines the theories of comparative linguistics and the Moscow school of linguistics to differentiate the sememe “sell/ 卖 ”. The research in this article is devoted to the differentiation in the use of words with polysemy and contributes to the study of semantic comparison of vocabulary.
