Radical currents of Islam in the world: the organization “Muslim Brotherhood”

The work analyzes in detail the activities of the Islamist organization "Muslim Brotherhood." The basic ideas of Islamic fundamentalism have been developed by representatives of this organization over the years. The creation of an Islamic state in a number of countries of the Muslim world was the ultimate goal of this organization. For this purpose, the Muslim Brotherhood went on for many years. In Egypt, during the Arab Spring, they managed to win the presidential election and temporarily take power into their own hands. After a major defeat in Egypt, it moved to Syria, where the composition of the Islamic state (banned in the Russian Federation - the author) was part. After the weakening and partial defeat of the Islamic state, many members of this organization returned to the Maghreb to go into underground activities. But in the network structures of the Internet, they have once again become more active and continue to agitate the ideas of Islamic fundamentalism.
