In literary texts one can find specific means of naming, which are the result of the mutual influence of nomination and deixis: pronominal-substantive syntactic names. A substantive-substantive syntactic name is not just a phrase, but a special kind of nominative-analytical compound of an unpredictable type, capable of performing the functions of a descriptive notation in a text. The features of the formation of concretization of pronominal-substantive syntactic names in the works - is a rather important point in characterizing the functional specificity of these syntactic names. The most interesting is the use of pronoun-substantive syntactic names, which include indefinite pronouns, which cannot be said about combinations with pronouns of other semantic classes. Speaking in the text as unpredictable variants of syntactic names, pronominal-substantive syntactic names perform both nominative and nominative-expressive functions, not only making up for the lexical-semantic and expressive-stylistic insufficiency of lexical names, but also expanding the possibilities of notation in Russian
