The work is devoted to the problem of development of surgical manipulations both at the graduation stage and in residency in the domestic modern medical education. The analysis of this issue, which found that many previously used methods of mastering manipulation skills are currently inapplicable due to legal restrictions. At the same time, on the example of foreign and advanced domestic experience, a huge potential for solving the problem by creating and using specialized simulation training centers and additional training at home on simulators is demonstrated. The authors also propose a new systematic approach for early, starting with the initial courses of medical training at the University, fast, intensive, high-quality formation of surgical skills under the constant supervision of experienced curators using modern technical and methodological tools.
