The article analyzes the relevance of the introduction and testing of innovative technologies in the modern educational process. The basic aspects influencing quality of educational process taking into account modern needs of society and the state are opened. To improve the quality of education and the effectiveness of innovations in the educational process, it was proposed to pay special attention to the professional development of the teaching staff.
