Vocational education of representatives of indigenous small peoples of the North Sakhalin: value approach

This article is devoted to the features of professional education of representatives of indigenous peoples of the North of Sakhalin. The paper focuses on the fact that in the course of vocational training of indigenous peoples living in the said territory, must take into account their social and cultural features, are the characteristics of micro society that has developed historically, as well as the environmental situation of Sakhalin. In the work, the author indicates the main recommendations on the organization of the educational and educational process in training representatives of the indigenous minorities of the North of Sakhalin.
