The article is devoted to one of the topical issues in the training of an obstetrician-gynecologist: mastering the skill of hysteroscopy. However, the correct technique and algorithm of hysteroscopy is of decisive importance in the training of resident doctors. At the stage of formation of the skill of performing this operation, the sequence of examination of the uterine cavity, the cervical canal, competent preparation of the Protocol of operation with a detailed description of intrauterine pathology and all intraoperative nuances and complications plays a decisive role.
