The article discusses the concept and approaches to self-organization in the learning process. The results of the study of group self-organization of students at the University. The model of educational process in the conditions of self-organization of students is offered. Within the framework of the proposed model, the main components of the pedagogical system are considered: the form of training, the content of training, training technologies and control of learning outcomes. It is noted that the model of training in the conditions of self-organization can be based on a synergistic approach
