Standard and substandard in English

Studying the standard and substandard in the English language is a rather promising direction since the global prevalence of the English language makes it increasingly relevant to study its statistical part (established norms) and the dynamic part (norms used in a specific period, which subsequently change or disappear), in connection with which there is an urgent need to introduce these concepts.
