Activities of the cultural-educative organizations of the Khabarovsk territory during the Great Patriotic War

The article is devoted to the history of the cultural – educative organizations of the Khabarovsk region during the Great Patriotic War. There are the results of job under the Khabarovsk state archive's documents from 1941 to 1945; archival materials of Khabarovsk territory Committee of the Communist party of the RSFSR, Executive Committee of the Khabarovsk regional Council of people's deputies, Khabarovsk regional Committee of the trade Union of employees of political institutions, the Department of arts, Khabarovsk territorial Executive Committee and personal funds of Far Eastern artists and writers. Illuminated work of the Far Eastern state publishing house on the production of materials anti-war orientation. Described a visit to the Far Eastern cities by State jazz orchestra of the RSFSR under the leadership of Leonid Osipovich Utesov, speaking at remote border points. The role of cultural institution is revealed as ideological, educational organizations. The restructuring of cultural institutions during war years is described. The most of they were used for military purposes. The resolutions of the Khabarovsk regional Committee of the CPSU and the orders of the Khabarovsk Krai Executive Committee about activity of cultural organizations were considered. Special attention is paid to propaganda work of Far Eastern artists and writers and to their visit liberated from the Japanese aggressors Manchuria in September 1945.
