Experience as the basis of professional formation of the future music teacher

The article deals with the problem of professional and personal experience formation in preparing a future music teacher who is able to realize the necessary knowledge and skills in future musical and pedagogical activities. The problems of experience formation as a set of qualities and the effectiveness of an individual’s activity are considered, the directions of her individual experience, artistic and aesthetic, moral and aesthetic, as well as musical and aesthetic experience are described. The components of experience are identified, aimed at creating solid soil in the acquisition of professional and personal experience of a future music teacher, providing his methodological orientation.
