the article deals with the relationship between the efficiency of the agricultural organization and the speech culture of employees and summarizes the features of the linguistic situation of rural settlements of the Rostov region and offers some measures to improve the level of communicative competence of specialists in the agricultural sector. The author notes that the peculiarities of the linguistic situation in rural areas of the Rostov region affect the sphere of business communication of the village and the city, the processes of self-identification of rural residents, their motivational and semantic linguistic needs.
