Approximate classification of strength exercises on mas-wrestling

This scientific article reveals the development of the classification of strength exercises in the training process of mas-wrestlers. The introduction of experimentally develops methods of power dissipation in the training process of mas-wrestlers, as well as the identification of the efficiency of the training methods consisting of strength exercises.
