Awarding multi-child mothers in the second half of the 1940-s (based on the materials of the Khakass Autonomous Region)

The article deals with the implementation of the decree of July 8, 1944 in terms of awarding mothers with many children of Khakass Autonomous region in the second half of the 1940s. The article discusses the work of local authorities to identify and reward women, providing assistance to large families. As a result of the analysis of the material, the author proves that this measure of support was important for mothers who devoted their lives not only to solving social problems, but also to the birth and upbringing of children.
