The role and importance of mathematical training of bachelors in the formation of competences

The article analyzes the main directions and results of research conducted by the authors in order to determine the role and importance of the mathematical block of disciplines in the preparation of bachelors of management in terms of competence approach, their impact on the formation of the future specialist. The emphasis is on the formation of students not just mathematical knowledge, namely practically oriented mathematical competence with a professional orientation. The article reveals the criteria for selecting the content of the course of mathematics, methods of teaching mathematical disciplines, based on the introduction of model problems in the educational process.
