Features of cultural cooperation of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Research Center for Islamic History, Art and Culture (IRCICA) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation

This article examines the cultural relations between the Republic of Tatarstan and the Research center for Islamic history, art and culture of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (IRCICA). This relationship is developing within the framework of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), which has a long history of development, where culture is a fundamental factor in the development of bilateral relations. Tatarstan as an actively developing region attracts this research center not only for its national and cultural characteristics, but also for scientific research and projects in various fields. The peculiarity of the region is that in the age of innovation and highly developed technologies, Tatarstan continues to preserve its identity, culture, transmit traditions, customs, and holidays from generation to generation. Currently, the Republic of Tatarstan and IRCICA have many joint projects in the field of culture and education.
