The article deals with the identification of the relationship between the nutritional status and the component composition of body weight of girls 18-21 years old engaged in fitness. Influence of changes in eating behavior on the background of health classes, taking into account the individual nutritional status, which contributes to a more effective change in the component composition of body weight. Nowadays, sport has become more and more part of people's lives. In-depth study of human physiology contributes to sports theoretical justification. Trainings are designed in such a way that they most organically fit into the General life activity of the human body. Classes have become not only guided by the principle of "do no harm", but also seeks to bring the greatest benefit to the person. One of the most theoretically justified sports is now becoming fitness.
