On the problem of forming parental competence in a family with children with severe multiple developmental disorders

The study is devoted to the problem of formation of parental competence and its component competencies necessary for the effective development of children with severe multiple developmental disorders. It examines the state, structure, and features of parental competence, and defines the organization of family support. The paper identifies the factors that influence the formation of competence in the process of supporting the life of a family raising a child with TMNR during preschool childhood.
