The turnover of lands of agricultural purpose as an object of criminal legal protection in post-soviet Russia

the article analyzes the formation of legal regulation of agricultural land turnover from the beginning of the 90s to the present day. Special attention is paid to the procedure of formation of the criminal law institute for the protection of agricultural land fertility. They offer some variants of improvement of criminal-legal regulation in the sphere of land offenses.
