Religious bases of educational traditions of muslim familie

The article discusses the main provisions of the person professing Islam education, reveals the educational potential of Islam as one of the world religions. The traditional model of the child’s socialization in the Muslim world in the context of family education is highlighted. The author presents the moral requirements for the upbringing of a virtuous, truly believing, Muslim through the assimilation of the basic provisions of the Koranic law and the requirements of Islamic society to parents who prepare a child for adulthood. The pedagogical values of the five pillars of faith, the role of the personality of the Prophet Muhammad in the formation of the Islamic pedagogy are characterized; spiritual sources and Sharia norms are investigated.
