Concept 吃茶 \ take tea in chinese literature and its translation to russian – based on materials from the blcu corpus center

There is a long history of tfking tea in China. At the very beginning, Chinese preferred to eat tea leaves, rather than just drink tea. This tradition leads to the fact that the concept of "吃茶 \ eat tea" appears in the Chinese language. This article analyzes the meanings of “吃 \ eat” in the Chinese dictionary. By analysing living examples from from the BLCU corpus center, we aimed at finding its corresponding translations in Russian, based onthe semansiological and onomasiological methods.
