We consider a method of digitalization of the educational process using the software environment " Mathematical Designer". It describes a step-by-step algorithm for creating electronic educational resources for organizing tasks with parameters for undergraduate students in higher education. The technique of solving problems with parameters in the software environment "Mathematical Designer" is considered. Two main methods for solving problems and their design, as well as a detailed analysis of typical examples are given.
