For Russian military education, it is typical that the concept of higher education institutions - humanistically oriented training and education aimed at realizing the personal potentials of future officers, as a movement towards the development of high spiritual and moral motivation for future professional activity and education as a means to achieve this goal, is only comprehended and built, using and comprehending the theoretical and empirical experience of domestic and foreign science. The relevance of this article lies in the fact that the fundamental problems of becoming an officer as a teacher, educator can only be solved during his University education and are unthinkable without possessing high spiritual and moral characteristics as a person, commander and teacher
