The recognition of the absolute value of the diversity of the world 's cultures, the rejection of colonizing cultural policies, the awareness of the fragility of existence and the threat of the destruction of the vast majority of traditional cultures and languages have led to the development of the relevant disciplines on the basis of the new phenomenon of interest of the peoples of the Earth in each other in the history of mankind.
