The authors of this article analyze the language conjecture as one of the possibilities for determining the semantic meaning of legal terms and constructions of the studied foreign language, based on the experience of native language study or other foreign languages for teaching legal translation purposes. In this study, the authors also pay great attention to the role of teaching the language conjecture of international students, in particular, analyzing the degree of its compatibility with the legal profession, its admissibility in jurisprudence, which is based on accuracy and logic.
