The article presents a theoretical analysis of the formation of professional and ethical qualities of cadets of departmental universities of the power structures of the Russian Federation in modern conditions. The role of professional ethics of military personnel from the point of view of internal control and management of service behavior in future professional activities and regulation of relationships in the social space is considered.
