Education’s multi-stage as a condition of making quality preparation of personnel for the culture and art

The aim of this survey is the studying of the problems of training for the sphere of culture and the arts. The authors describe the process of formation and functioning of a multi-level educational complex. The methods of solving the problem under consideration are the analysis of the stages of the formation of the educational complex as a system, the assessment of the advantages of multi-stage training, which allows for early career guidance and a high degree of motivation for students.
