The ideology of these organizations is Salafi and is based on a worldwide jihad for the creation of the World Caliphate. The creation of an Islamic state in one country and further unite with other Islamic states within the framework of the World Caliphate is an Islamic civilization project. Modern Islamism is trying to implement this project all over the world, including in Africa.
