The article presents the results of a retrospective analysis in which, based on reliable data presented in historical sources, the ways of involving Chinese workers in the active socio-political life of the young state in the territory of the Soviet Far East through political, educational and ideological mass work are studied. A detailed review of the Activities of the Chinese Leninist school aimed at solving the tasks set by the Soviet government – training party, Soviet and trade Union personnel for the Chinese population of the far Eastern region, allowed us to conclude that it is effective in training professional personnel for almost all sections of socialist construction in the far Eastern region, and in some cases beyond its borders.
