Linguistic features of Turkish news headlines (2017−2020)

The article examines the linguistic features of Turkish news headlines on social and political topics published on the websites of news agencies and leading Turkish online media in 2017−2020. The research attempts to structurally classify headlines, analyzes their grammatical, lexical and punctuation peculiarities. The aspects considered in the article are accompanied by statistical analysis and examples with translation.
