Scientific and methodological bases of preparation of university teachers for educational activities in the conditions of inclusive practice

The article examines the essence of the concept of «inclusive readiness» of a university teacher and the scientific and methodological foundations of its formation. Based on the analysis of the survey data, the author draws conclusions about the level of readiness of the teaching staff to implement inclusive education and suggests ways to overcome the identified shortcomings.
