Relationship of the perfection of research culture with the development of the scientific style of thinking in teachers

Nikolov Nikita Olegovich  (Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), GBU DPO "Chelyabinsk Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Educators")

It was revealed that the research culture as well as the scientific style of thinking are clearly different concepts. In the current work, research culture is considered as a more general concept in relation to the phenomenon of the scientific style of thinking. At the same time, the approaches to the development of the considered phenomena do not fundamentally differ. With the development of a research culture, it is not only the strategies of cognitive processes that undergo change. The development of a research culture also affects volitional and emotional-mental processes. In addition to the above, it is noted that the improvement of the scientific style of thinking also invariably leads to changes in cognitive, emotional and volitional mental processes. Thus, a certain dichotomy of the phenomena under consideration was revealed, which means their internal relationship, while their external side indicates a deep difference between objects. This fact can be attributed to the psychological and pedagogical aporia.

Keywords:scientific style of thinking, teacher, professional development, research culture.
