Training (teaching) to create secondary texts in specialty at a foreign language lesson at a university

The article deals with the issues of teaching students of non-linguistic faculties the basics of creating secondary texts. The article describes the effective and frequently used forms of forming an informative culture of processing text information in the process of working on a foreign-language text: annotation and abstracting. The basic principles of work in the process of annotation and abstracting are defined.
