This article defines the need for the formation of legal skills of older preschool children in the context of changing goals and paradigms of domestic preschool education. The analysis of the content-procedural features of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of legal skills of older preschool children is carried out. The purpose of the study is to confirm the methodological and technological parameters of the implementation of the content-procedural features of the formation of legal skills of older preschool children.
