The specificity of the representation of the subject in the Russian and Ingush languages

This article uses a typological study of the nominal component of the predicative stem - the subject, represented by the words of various parts of speech. The relevance of this study lies in the importance of interpreting predication in a contrastive aspect and in the absence of comprehensive information regarding the function of the main members of the sentence in two genetically unrelated languages. The author, using a comparative method of research, reveals common and particular features in the functioning of the subject as one of the main components of the predicative center.
