Physical education lessons as a psychoemotional unloading of students

Modern reality is very characterized by physical inactivity, namely, any activity of people from preschool age is largely associated with a sedentary lifestyle, since technology and computerization of most services and functions allow a person to minimize physical labor. At the same time, globalization and active informatization of society significantly overload the nervous system, leading to mental health problems. These trends are also observed in general education institutions: in addition to educational material, students often read information for a long time and view video content after lessons, including at home, devoting a lot of their time to social networks, virtual communication, computer games and other entertainment, while minimizing their motor activity to the limit and destabilizing the psyche, which is fraught with information fatigue syndrome, psychoemotional disorders and health problems of the body as a whole (from osteochondrosis to metabolic disorders and the work of internal organs). Physical education lessons help to prevent a lot of problems: to instill a love for physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, to form skills of independent physical exercises, as well as to improve the psycho-emotional state of students.
