The educational environment of the college student's readiness formation for selfemployment in the labor market

The article deals with the modern developing educational environment for the formation of a technical school student's readiness for self-employment. A search-research method of scientific works of researchers in this subject has been carried out, various environments and concepts and concepts of these environments have been identified. The content of the concept of formation of students' readiness for self-employment in the labor market has been clarified and supplemented, and aspects of the traditional environment and those offered by us are correlated. Sociological surveys, questionnaires and round tables were conducted to determine the content of the modern developing environment of the educational environment for the formation of a college student's readiness for self-employment, together with representatives of the self-employed who have achieved some success in the labor market. Subsequently, general and professional competencies, personal characteristics of the future self-employed person, as well as the content of the modern developing educational environment were determined.
