Military and professional orientation of military personnel on call as a factor of development of the personnel potential of the armed forces of the Russian Federation

The relevance of the study lies in the fact that against the background of progressive organizational and managerial decisions on the problem of research, goals, content, forms and methods, pedagogical training of subjects of military professional orientation of military personnel on conscription, its other pedagogical components lag behind the actual requests of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, driven by the need to develop human resources. The tasks of attracting military personnel who are conscripted for subsequent service under a contract, set before the system of military-political work, do not yet have a ready-made solution that uses pedagogical means.
