On the problem of dialectical connection of culture, consciousness and language

The article deals with the analysis of the influence of the context on the adequacy of the translation. The author develops the theory of the cultural component of meaning detected in the process of the lexical-semantic analysis of terminological units in the humanitarian fields of knowledge, and focuses on the difficulties of legal terminology interlingual translation. The paper deals with a number of confusing English legal terms, and focuses on their correct interlingual semantic transference into Russian. The need for carrying out a multidimentional analysis of cultural peculiarities of the country of the foreign language being studied as part of the educational process, in order to avoid translation mistakes in further professional activity, is substantiated as well.
