The concept "Krasnoyarsk" in the linguistic worldview

the article discusses and describes such concepts as the linguistic worldview, cultural linguistics, concept and semantic role. The concept of "media discourse" is interpreted as a source of the dominant form of representation of the social world. The analysis of the materials of the TV channel "Channel 7" is described. The article interprets the concept "Krasnoyarsk" as an element of typical language situations; the system of semantic ideas about the city of Krasnoyarsk is revealed. The city, the ancient and at the same time the most modern form of human settlement, is the subject of close attention of various social groups, as well as specialists in the field of architecture, history, geography, economics, art history etc. Naturally, these ideas are reflected in media texts that are aimed at the widest audience. Therefore, the interest in the reconstruction of linguistic representations of the city, in particular, of Krasnoyarsk, is quite understandable.
