Syncretic model of professional activity of a teacher-musician and ways of its implementation in conditions of university training

The professional activity of a teacher-musician is considered as a syncretic unity, a model for the transformation of the musical and educational space.The basis of this model is the universalism of the human creator, understood not only as the possession of a variety of musical and pedagogical skills, but also as the desire to unite students and the teacher in the creative process of making music. The problems and contradictions that hinder the implementation of the syncretic model of professional activity of a teacher-musician in the conditions of university training are revealed. The principles that ensure the successful implementation of this model in university practice are substantiated, as well as the main stages of its implementation are presented.
