Development of special endurance among students of the basketball department

This article examines the development of special endurance among students of the basketball department. It was revealed that a specific feature of the basketball game is the complex manifestation of almost all physical qualities, however, all actions are performed against the background of fatigue during the game, so endurance affects all components of the game: throws, ball driving, passes, pulling out and knocking out the ball, playing defense, etc. Therefore, the development of high-speed and special endurance among students studying in the Basketball department is essential. The analysis of the obtained data showed that the special endurance of the students of the experimental group has a higher development than that of the students of the control group. Conclusions are drawn that it is possible to recommend a program for the development of high-speed and special endurance of students for training sessions in the Basketball department. At the same time, it is possible to supplement the exercises of special physical training of the sports game "Basketball" with practical classes for students of the department of general physical training for the development of high-speed and special endurance.
