Professional success of teaching staff of an educational organization of higher education

The purpose of this work is to study the criteria that affect the success of teachers in higher education. The paper considers the question of the success of teaching staff of an educational organization of higher education. The trainees (students and postgraduates) are considered from the point of view of psychology as individuals and as a social group. The approaches to teaching in higher educational institutions at the present time are analyzed. The pros and cons of each approach are highlighted. The success of teaching staff is highlighted as a decisive factor in the successful training of students and postgraduates. To reveal the concept of professional success of university teaching staff, modern approaches to teaching are analyzed. Various sources for a comprehensive consideration of the terms "success" and "success" are also considered. The data on the essence and content of these concepts from the point of view of domestic and foreign scientists are presented. As a result of the work, a scheme of criteria affecting the success of teaching staff of educational institutions of higher education has been compiled. The criteria of success of pedagogical workers of the educational organization of higher education are defined. The essence of each of the above criteria is analyzed and their significance in conducting pedagogical work of universities is substantiated.
