Support of human resource state in the context of non-institutional practices of polyart education

The article offers a theoretical understanding of the socio-cultural and pedagogical significance of a number of popular online projects in 2019-2022 ("Iso-isolation", "Sofa Choir", "Come read yourself", "My masterpiece in half an hour"), which show the increased interest of the modern broad subject of apprenticeship in creative pursuits in the digital environment. The purpose of the research article is a scientific understanding of the possibilities of supporting the resource state of a person through his self-actualization in joint productive creative activity in a digital environment, in the conditions of non-institutional practices of poly-artistic education. Based on an interdisciplinary approach to the analysis (factorial, causal, systemic) of the phenomena of socio-cultural reality, the author shows the increased desire of a number of social groups (persons with disabilities, persons of the "third age") in the introduction to art and creative activity in the conditions of the NPPO.
