The practice of implementing the educational process in physical culture, taking into account the laws of ergonomics

The article presents the results of a study, the purpose of which was to study the ergonomics of the environment and its impact on the biomechanics of motor actions implemented in the educational process of university students in the discipline «Elective courses in physical culture and sports». To achieve this goal, the most appropriate research methods were used, represented by a combination of theoretical (system analysis, generalization), empirical (observation, included observation, pedagogical experiment) and statistical methods. This study reflects the results obtained during the organization of a pedagogical experiment among 137 students of 1-4 courses, carried out as part of the educational process. The planning and organization of the pedagogical experiment made it possible to identify the influence of ergonomic factors organically introduced into the educational process on the values of indicators indicating an increase in the adaptive potential of students, which allowed us to conclude that they can be used to increase the level of physical fitness of students and preserve health in general. Such a format of research contributes to the development of the relationship between the theory and practice of physical culture and sports in the organization of the educational process of students at the university, giving it not only a practice-oriented character, but also a designated science developing under competitive market circumstances.
