Modern society throws us more and more new challenges, including those related to education. Russian realities require modern approaches to the educational paradigm, which, accordingly, is reflected in the academic process and more advanced methods and approaches to learning. One of these aspects is project activity and its products, which significantly diversify the pedagogical process, allowing you to remove psychological and technical difficulties, as well as form the motivation for learning among modern students. Each of them can prove himself in a project, which can be both individual and group, both research and game, and regardless of this, it positively affects the quality of acquired knowledge, skills and abilities. The relevance of the work is due to the urgent need for new learning technologies and their adaptation to modern Russian educational institutions. The subject of the study are foreign language projects that can be used to unlock the potential of students. The object of the study is the mechanisms for introducing projects into the educational process, which are effectively used by the teacher when teaching a foreign language.
