Interjections in the Mansi language

The interjections of the Mansi language are analyzed in the article. The relevance of the study is determined by the fact that interjections in the Mansi language have not yet been the subject of special research. The objective of the work is to identify, describe and classify interjections by lexico-semantic groups. The main source is the folklore texts of the Mansi people, dictionaries and samples of colloquial speech. The study used an observation and generalization methods, and a descriptive method. The considered material showed that a significant group consists of interjections expressing feelings and emotions. The main function of interjections is the expression of various experiences, feelings and volitional impulses.
