STAFF TRAINING IN ORGANIZATIONS OF INCLUSIVE HIGHER EDUCATION: SOCIAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECTS OF DISTANCE LEARNING

The article discusses the essence of the concept of "inclusive higher education", reveals the development trends of higher distance education, substantiates the essential and content characteristics of learning without borders in the context of training competitive and mobile graduates in inclusive higher education organizations. The authors analyze specialized training programs in the universities participating in Priority 2030 and research on some aspects of distance learning in the activities of inclusive higher education organizations in the Russian Federation. The authors describe the project idea, which is to create an innovative inclusive environment at TSU, aimed at developing the vector of movement of socialization trajectories of the student's personality and the introduction of advanced educational technologies, and training teachers of the future who can flexibly and mobilely adapt to turbulent changes in the knowledge society and in education. The authors in the article note that in the regions one can see the joint efforts of universities with employers aimed at promoting high-quality practical work at the micro level for all subjects of educational relations in an inclusive educational environment. The article deals with the issue of the optimal entry of students with disabilities into the production environment and the formation of their professional and personal competencies, where it is effectively carried out on the basis of a matrix of educational contributions: the organization of master classes, open lectures by leading experts, meetings - discussions with university graduates, employers, internships in production and other forms. The authors interpret the reflection of the subject, on the ability to ask and request the missing information, to be critical of their own and others' opinions and actions, not to take everything on faith, but to look for evidence and arguments.
